WHY CAN'T WE SIT TOGETHER IF WE ARE ATTENDING ONE OF THE SESSIONS (DAYTIME OR EVENING) TOGETHER?
Because this is an arena, just like the purchasing on Ticketmaster, those spending the most are in certain sections, and those attending just one session are still in good seats, but not necessarily with those buying the full day (daytime & evening). 

DOES PURCHASING WITH FRIENDS ENSURE THAT WE ARE TOGETHER?
Only if you are registering for the same exact sessions.

 

WHAT IF I COME WITH OTHERS AND WE CHOOSE DIFFERENT COMBINATIONS?
Not a problem! If there is a session where you will both be present, and you want to sit together, then you MUST still make the purchase together. Our on-line ordering accepts the various combinations on one order.



HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SEAT I GET?
You wont until you receive your ticket by mail or pick it up at Will Call. Orders made on-line will be filled by the Box Office at Mohegan Sun—and the best available seat(s) will be assigned in the order of purchase.



SINCE THIS IS A RESERVED SEATING EVENT, HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?
You may either have them mailed by UPS ground for an $8 fee, or you can pick them up at Will Call.



WILL I GET PHOTOS AND AUTOGRAPHS DURING THE DAYTIME SESSION?
There will be a 3 hour photo session, where the actors will be grouped according to storylines (as best we can!) During this segment, you may go to any of the lines to have a photo taken with that group of actors. It is not guaranteed that you will get through all lines by the end of the session.



CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEO?
Yes, you can take photos, but we ask you (as do the actors) that you refrain from taking video.



CAN I PURCHASE HEAD SHOTS OF THE ACTORS?
You will have a color 5 x7 headshot given to you in your free program.



HOW BIG IS THE BRUNCH?
The brunch is meant to be a meaningful experience for both the fans and actors. To maximize the number of actors you will meet, they will be strolling throughout the brunch. Therefore, we have a table assigned to each actor so that all can converse. Seating is NOT reserved—you can sit where you'd like. there are available chairs when you arrive.

WILL THERE BE ROOMS AVAILABLE AT MOHEAN SUN?
This property is a popular weekend destination and they sell out each weekend. If you would like to stay, please go to their website to room rates and check availability. There are also nearby hotels as an alternative.



ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE, OR EXCHANGEABLE?
You can give them to a friend or family member or sell them, but there are no refunds.
